This means going beyond simple labels to create a comprehensive picture of each person’s life, understanding the biological, psychological, social, and societal factors that shape their experiences. She works with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, mood-related difficulties, problematic substance use, or behavioural addictions such as problematic gambling and gaming. She also sees clients who are struggling with disordered eating behaviours and negative body image.

Hannah’s background is primarily in adult and young adult mental health and addictions. She has provided clinical services in community, hospital, and private practice settings. She is experienced in working with clients from a broad range of backgrounds, including diverse gender, socioeconomic, and ethnocultural backgrounds. She begins therapy with a comprehensive assessment to better understand the unique challenges and strengths of her clients, and sets goals for treatment collaboratively.

In her work, Hannah integrates cognitive-behavioural, emotion-focused, and dialectical-behavioural therapy approaches, as well as motivational interviewing to enhance clients’ readiness to create meaningful change.
